 Hello, I'm Matthew Mistkowski, but you can call me Mattie. I appreciate you visiting my page and taking the time to learn more about who I am and the journey that I am on as I find my passion for my career.

My dad told me "if you find something that you love, I'll never have to work a day in my life." That's my goal. I want to find what I love to do.

My next steps may be different than a lot of other people. But that's ok. There is no set blue print for life. That's what makes it exciting, (and scary for my dad :-))  

About Me

At 19 years old, I’m still exploring my passions and career path with my dad's help and encouragement. He’s the one who constantly inspires me to "be all I can be" and to discover what truly excites me. I keep telling him I LOVE X-Box, but he just rolls his eyes at me!

Skills I'm Working on Developing

• Hospitality: I thrive in social settings and believe I would excel in Guest Services or Front of the House roles.
• Culinary Arts: I absolutely love cooking and, of course, eating!
• Music: My dad and I run a DJ business as a side hustle, sharing our love for music with others.
• Customer Relations/Sales: My dad has owned a business for many years that specializes in Cool Swag and Logoed apparel. I've had the pleasure of working alongside him, and he believes I have a knack for connecting with our customers. This is where the idea for SpecialTees came from.

• Cool Swag & Logoed Apparel: We help businesses find their groove with unique and eye-catching merchandise. If your company or organization needs to stand out and stay top of mind, please contact me. We'd love to brainstorm with you!
• DJ Services: While we may not be the most "professional" DJ service out there, we're all about having fun, playing great music, and offering affordable rates. I've done a lot of gigs that are fantastic for building my confidence and honing my skills.
• Hosting: This is something that I think that I do really good and would love to get better. I love meeting and talking to people, so if you're hosting a restaurant event or a party, consider hiring me as your host. I’ll dress up for the occasion, mingle with your guests, and ensure they have a memorable experience. Plus, showcasing the capabilities of individuals like myself helps promote greater understanding and acceptance.
